When to send AHR and DI

I wil be receiving my ahr reception invitations at the end of this week and my cabo ones next week. I'm not sure when to send the Cabo ones and the AHR ones. My AHR is Sept 12 and my Cabo wedding is Aug 15. I have looked at some of your siggys and you guys are getting married in OCT have like 58 ppl booked, I have like 6 booked and we are getting married in August. Should I be getting on people about booking.......... MOD's I searched a thread to find out the answer to the questions, I'm sorry if I'm asking this again or if it has been discussed extensively!
