Ivory wedding dress & turquoise BM dress??

Help! I bought my BM dresses before my wedding dress and they are turquoise blue. Then I bought my dress in ivory and I'm afraid the colours don't go together. I live in a different city from my BM so we haven't been able to compare them.

 

Does anyone have any pics of an ivory wedding dress with blue BM dress?

I have the same colors. I think that they go just fine. Think of it as sand and water. Also I have seen a lot of guys that are wearing the Ivory suit with a turqouise tie. I wouldn't fret.

My dress is ivory and for my bridesmaids I selected an ice teal color. A lighter version of what you selected, and their dresses look great with mine. In the end you have to be happy but I think it will look great. What are you doing for flowers? The ribbon on their flowers could be ivory to help tie in the colors.

ohh i think it will look GREAT together! someone on here def has pix so hopefully soon you'll come across them so you can see..

 

but i def think it will look nice. what was your concern, that it bright?? i think once u have the flowers, and everything it will all tie in perfectly

I am having the same colors and it looks fantastic! My problem now is trying to figure out what the Best Man is wearing so that he goes- but i don't want him in a white shirt because i don't want him dressed the same as the groom.

man- this whole planning a wedding shit is hard!!!

Trust me, it'll look awesome together. The ivory will go with anything, but typically looks better on skin than WHITE WHITE... so if anything, it'll look even better!

Thanks everyone. I think you're right, with the flowers and the beach background it will all go together...sand and water, I never though of it that way but it's so perfect.

 

Kiki- our groomsmen are wearing short sleeved chocolate brown and my fiance is wearing long sleeved white (or a little off white). All have the same natural linen pant. Just an idea.

Thanks! i think you're absolutely right about the chocolate- my mom is actually wearing latte- so it would be perfect! (actually Tommy Bahama has a brown shirt with these turquoise flowers that would be awesome!!)
