Private Excursion for 2

I accidently slipped and told my FI about my BD shoot since I had it scheduled for the same days as my shower (which was a surprise) and I thought FI just wanted to know what I was doing that day. So I told him I rescheduled the photoshoot so now I would like to get him something else and thought a private boat ride for just the two of us would be awesome. Does anyone know a company that will do it for only 2 people? A couple places I contacted said no. Or can you think of a great private excursion we can do.

What about just going somewhere private together? Like take him to that private beach just south of the GBP Akumal Golden Section. It'll be a little bit of a walk, but the beach is AMAZING and none of your guests would be there so it'd be romantic. maybe steal a little snack from the buffet before going and have a little picnic?
