AHR:date on party favours?AHR/wed date?

We are giving our wine glasses as our party favours... (less clean up for us)

 

We are having the bottom of the glass engraved with our named and the wedding date...

 

We are getting married Feb 6, 2009.. (yay!) and the AHR is March 7, 2009. Would it look funny if the party favours have the date of the wedding rather than the reception date?

 

I assume we would put the wedding date... what is everyone else doing??

We're getting married May 11, 2009. Our AHR is May 31, 2009. For favor's we're doing personalized Hershey Bars and votives, both of which will have our actual wedding date of May 11 on them. Hope this helps!!

I just had my AHR 2 weeks ago and we used the November date on these types of items. I questioned also for my cocktail napkins... and people actually took home the cocktail napkin because they loved how they had our date on them ...instead of using them.. LOL
