Will there be time for spa/hair/makeup?

I'm cruising into St. Thomas on Carnival Liberty for a wedding in Magen's Bay. The ship arrives around 8am and the ceremony is at 1pm. Two questions:

 

Will we have time to go to the courthouse, get to a spa, and get to Magen's Bay on time for the ceremony?

 

Can anyone suggest a spa that will accomodate my bridal party of 4 to help us get ready?

Would you consider having your hair and makeup done on the ship? It sounds like it could be a busy day if you make too many stops!

 

What time do you have to be back on the ship?
