I bought my dress there. It was fun trying dresses on, the lady who helped me was really nice and helpful! They have a lot of dresses in a variety of styles which was nice. I bought the 3rd one I tried on. They had to order it whcih they said would be 6 weeks I believe but it came well before that. The alterations are a little pricy in my opinion though. Overall I had a good experience there!

I went there early on in my shopping and had positive experiences both times I was there. The girls were always super friendly and actually listened to what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or overlooked. I had appointments both times, which I think is the way to go. I thought I had found the dress but knew I would want a few changes made - so they brought up the seamstress so I could discuss it with her personally. I feel it is the perfect way to try on a ton of different styles in your size.

My only negative is now that they have my phone number I keep getting phone calls - even though I've told them mutliple times I've already purchased my dress.

I didn't do any bridal gown shopping there, but I did like the bridesmaid selection when MOH & I went to look. The had way more options for short/cocktail length BM dresses. Honestly I liked DB separates much better than the more expensive Alfred Angelo ones at the boutique I bought my gown at.

Good Luck and Happy picking!!

I purchased my dress at David's and loved my shopping experience. I've been back for fittings and each time I've received excellent customer service. David's was much better than the smaller bridal shops. The smaller bridal shops only had tiny samples which I could not fit. David's has all sizes. Happy Shopping!

I bought my dress from David's Bridal. I had a good experience shopping for the dress. The only complaint I have is I was told they would steam my dress for free. I called a week before my wedding to see what I needed to do to get it steamed and they said to bring in the dress. After I drove 45 minutes to the store with the dress, I was told they would not steam it because I had it altered by someone else. I understand if that is their policy, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time so I wouldn't have wasted so much time. So keep in mind if you have your dress altered by someone else, you forfeit all of their free services.
