I'm in the same boat - I don't really want to buy too much until all RSVP's are in which isn't for a few months. I'm trying to be patient but I can't wait to start buying things This thread has been SO helpful! Although I admit, I did try to make a rough guess on how many guests and bought the actual bags themselves. I found a bag I really liked and knew if I waited to buy it, it would be sold out. I'll probably end up with extras to sell on here later on.
