Has anyone out there had a noon wedding? I think the only time the Rui has open for our date is 11 to 12. I am kinda of worried because what do we do for a reception and afterhuh.gif I sure I will think of something, I just don't know what. :)

My SIL was married at 12 - we just had our lunch/reception afterwards and then everyone kind of split up and did our own thing for the afternoon and met up later at night again to go out. It worked out fine - maybe you could see what the resort has going on that night - I know ours had some shows and karaoke the same night. Don't worry though, it will work out just fine!

I was wondering about this too - my wedding is for 1pm. I think I just figured I'd do a two hour cocktail reception, then a dinner. Have all the dancing and stuff during the cocktails...so sort of do the reception in reverse. I'm sure we'll all find something fun to do around the resort that night!!

I went to another forum and they suggested doing a cruise or just hanging around the hotel. The nice thing about someone's thoughts were you don't have to wait all day to see your future husband. :) And you can spend all day with him. I thought that was a nice spin on it.
