Hello :)

I am planning my wedding through Above Heavens Gate Hawaii Weddings,Hawaii Wedding,Maui Weddings,Weddings in Hawaii,Maui Wedding,Hawaiian Weddings,Hawaii Beach Wedding which ive heard great things about through this community.

However, i don't know if its too early to contact him. My FI and I arent planning on getting married until April of 2010 and there arent even flight dates yet for then! Do you think it will be too impatient of me to contact this site or should i wait until April of this year? undecided.gif

Thank you!

It is never too early to start planning your wedding especially since you've already decided to get married by next year. You can start with conceptualizing what your theme will be and who will form part of your entourage - just start making the soon-to-be long list of yours that will truly prove to be helpful. Anyway, its already April, I only hope you've contacted Above Wedding's Gate by now.

It's never tooo early to start planning your perfect wedding. It will give you time to research availability and costs. There is no price for peace of mind.

Personally, I waited too long for my first choice for my reception site. My second choice far exceeded my wildest dreams, but I went through 2 weeks of undue stress. Learn from my mistake.

I also tried to purchase airfare a year in advance to no avail. Don't worry. I was able to get a great price 11 months before my big day.

Have fun and good luck planning.

I don't think it's too early to start planning. In fact, if you're having guests come it may be better to book the date now. We're getting married in Kauai in May 2010 and I've already booked with Maile Weddings. It worked out because now our guests have a date to work all of their planning around (many are staying two weeks and island hopping after the wedding). I would say go for it so that you're sure to get the date and officiant that you want. Good luck with all of your planning!

Its never to early in this day and age. The sooner the bettter especially for a destination wedding so that you can get as many dates and options available to you. I contacted a photographer about an event for August 2010 and they were telling me they already have dates booked out for 2011! So unless a vendor tells you that they're not ready for bookings or they don't have the information available yet, do what you have to as early as possible to get what you want. Also keep in mind that if there are any drastic poblems or modifications that may have to be done (heave forbid) u'll be ready for it. You should read the thread about the "Colonial Majestic Disaster" where if she hadn't planned early she'd be in a lot of problems!

All the best with your plans!

unless you're flexible with dates and vendors, you should start booking and planning ASAP!

I started planning for my May 2010 wedding starting in February this year. Already, the original dates I wanted were booked at my venue and many photographers were already booked... and I'm getting married on a THURSDAY!!! My first choice photographer was already booked, but graciously referred me to an awesome photographer, marina miller at redheartphoto.com! I just contacted a florist who said they were booked for my date (although I think they're discriminating because I am only doing one bouquet)

Start now! It truly is never too early! Good luck!!
