OK Shelley - here's where the brain work comes in! You will have to use a paper cutter to size down the inserts so they stagger properly. The template is designed to print on the standard size insert cards that you buy from Cards & Pockets. I can find my cutting measurements & post them in the next day or so for those of you using the Perfetto size pocketfold...but this is essentially the process:

1. Start with the RSVP insert, it will be your shortest. You need to size it to fit the envelope! It will need to be slightly smaller than the envelope otherwise you will end up cutting a quarter inch off on your second try (this sucked!)

2. From there you figure out how much taller each insert needs to be to stagger so you can see the heading/title on each.

3. Cut the inserts in batches - do ALL the RSVP's, then move on to the next tallest & so on.

I definitely recommend you start this process w/plain paper until you are confident about your measurements! I also recommend you buy a good paper cutter - I like FISKARS, you can find them at Michaels or any craft store. Depending on how many invites you have, make sure you have a few extra cutting blades on hand.

I wouldn't think you're name would change. (my name is Amy and my parents are mexican!) What about in Mayan or Aztec?

Thanks Christa! I'm sure your steps saved me a whole lot of time! I have figured it all out with plain paper now - good suggestion to not start with cardstock by the way. I would've ended up wasting a lot of nice paper b/c it took me several times to get the sizing just right. Now I just have to go purchase the nice paper and I'll be set. Thanks again - you guys are all beyond great!

I just ordered samples from cards and pockets and do not know where to begin. Can you please help? Not sure what to write on invites and do not know how to print. Can I see more of your invitations?
