I just got a call from the bridal store - my dress is in!! They told me not to schedule the first fitting until 2-3 months before. I want to go and visit it

When did you order it?

I ordered it in February, and I happen to be travelling this weekend to the place I ordered it from (5 hours from my hometown). So I think I will go and visit

Yay! So exciting! But you should definitely go see your dress and try it on! What does it look like?

 

I still haven't had my first fitting (it's in a couple weeks). My dress has been in the store since April, but I haven't had time to make the trip to LA. I wasn't that excited when I bought it, but once it came in, I've been dying to try it on again!

I'm surprised that you couldn't find the dress in SF.

My dress is in too! I've already been down to try it on and it fits almost perfectly - probably means I can't eat for the next 4 months! It was pretty weird putting it on - definitely felt "real".
