Email notification for posts

Did you know you can change your email notification so you can get the latest information/posts on threads you are interested it...?

 

to see what your notification is set to:

 

go to your "UserCP" ---> edit options ---> scroll down until you get here--->

 

Default Thread Subscription ModeWhen you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread. Do not subscribe No email notification Instant email notification Daily email notification Weekly email notification Default Thread Subscription Mode:

 

you can change the subscription mode so you get an email whenever a new post is added to a thread you responded to or a daily/weekly update.

I love this function, but it keeps me glued to the forum all day when I should be working!!!

Thanks Tammy, I was wondering about that. Although, I think I'm pretty glued to the forum all day like Maria Elena...it's good to get my head out of accounting at times, that's my excuse.
