A simple wedding for just us 2 - ideas?

This is my newbie post! My name is Maria and my fiance & I would like to get married this spring (09) somewhere in the Caribbean in the simplest way possible.

 

Specifically, we would like to go somewhere warm and tropical, preferably and AI, where we can just relax for a week without any worries. We will likely not have any guests, maybe the parents, but that's not clear at the moment. Thus, we don't really need the things that most "wedding packages" offer, such as the cake or the champaign -- that's what the all-inclusive is for!

 

Anyone has ideas on nice resorts (or pointers to previous threads discussing this issue) that feature free (or inexpensive) weddings for people like us, on a tight budget and very simple needs/wants?
