Honeymoon in Tulum- which resort?

Trying to decide between Moon Palace and Dreams- does anyone have a preference? I know a lot of people here are getting married at Dreams, but has anyone been to Moon Palace? Thanks!!!

I've not been to either, but am getting married at moon palace, so have done a bit of research on the hotel....So i'm going to be bias! lol

 

I did look into Dreams as well, but personally though Moon Palace was better! Although the wedding gazebo at Dreams is breathtaking, I looked at the whole package, and preferred the rooms at Moon Palace - more modern I thought.

 

Also, Moon Palace offer the palace passport which give you free excursions, and you can also go to other palace resorts for the day for free being a palace guest already! So you have the chance to try other hotels for a wee while!

You can go et Blue Tulum Resort & Spa for enjoy your honeymoon. This resort is very attractive. The staff is very attentive and customer service is very good. In that resort you can get different types of food like Italian theme food, Asian theme food etc.

Dreams Tulum is a great resort and is on one of the best beaches in the Riviera Maya. You can actually see the ruins from the resort's beach! The all-inclusive is definitely worth it and rooms are huge!

Moon Palace is in Cancun, not Tulum. So I think which location you want is the bigger decision, as Cancun and Tulum are VERY different atmospheres!

Echoing what MexBride said, Moon Palace is not in Tulum... actually quite far north of it. So if being in or near Tulum is important to you, the Dreams Tulum would be your resort!
