For the kids - we did a cute little palm tree thing that had crayons, a couple sheets of paper, and stickers in it - I ordered them from oriental trading company and had a dozen of them - so we gave a few to each kid - it was super cute and the kids loved them - and it kept them busy!! Here's a pic :
