Welcome! After reading these posts, my nervousness has eased a bit because everyone seems to have had positive experiences with their DW. Have you looked at Dreams Cancun as well? The gazebo is amazing there. Im planning on getting married in Nov. but awaiting date confirmation from the resort. Well.... good luck and try to turn those nervous jitters into excitement!!! ;0)

Hi! Congrats and welcome! The DR is a fantastic idea for a destination wedding - the beaches are really beautiful. And, pretty easy to get to from Atlanta if that is where you/your guests will be flying.

 

I haven't been to the Dreams resort, but stayed at the Iberostar and had a good experience. There are some great all-inclusive options in Punta Cana because very few people go "into town" for food or entertainment!
