I have a pair similar but I was in the store in the dress dept.

 

Here's a pair, but they're black and a little expensive on Amazon.

Just do a search for Palazzo pants in google, you'll get a ton of places that sell them, you would just want the ones with chiffon over them to make them more dressy.
