Canadian Newbie!

Hi my name is Leslie-Anne Smith! I'm from Canada where we currently have about 2 feet of snow and it's -20 degrees celsius! Hence, why I'm having my wedding some place warmer! We are aiming to get married the first week in December in Mexico in the Riviera Maya. We have our search narrowed down to 3 - Dreams Tulum, Gran Porto Real Playa del Carmen, and Paradisus Rivieria Cancun. Any advice on these 3 resorts (or others in that region) would be greatly appreciated! I'll be cruising the threads looking for any information on these places.
