Sunset Weddings? Any experience?

Hi All, First post after the newbie info here. My fiance and I have contracted Sunset Weddings to do our coordination for our wedding in less than 4 months in '09. We visited Cabo in September '08 and were won over by the owner of Sunset Weddings and her husband. We hired them and then were then transferred over to one of their sub coordinators for the planning. Since then, we havent got anything done except for signing the hotel contract for the reception. Our wedding is supposed to be held in the Cabo San Lucas Catholic Church as of now but we're thinking of switching to a beach wedding. We have zero other vendors hired. We're not sure if this is normal but we are totally freaked out because today is the 99 day mark until the wedding. Our budget is a big deal to us since we only have $10k to $12k to spend and no more. We are expecting about 40 to 50 guests. I am buying a business so I dont want to have additional debts after the wedding. We went last night and bought a bunch of materials to figure out a 'Do it yourself' wedding (and drop the WC).

 

Questions for the forum:

1) Anyone had similar experience?

2) Anyone have hints on dealing with Sunset Weddings?

3) Are we being unrealistic to get a great wedding done on our budget?

4) Any suggestions?
