Thanks for the pics Ashli.

So far fuschia and green are in the lead. Honestly I just don't know how my BMs are going to react to fuschia tho - it was my goal to get them something they'd wear again. But I have been a super chill bride so far, so this may be the one thing I have to "demand" lol

Still looking for more photog. input!!! :)

I know I'm not a photog--blush2.gif--but I am using Magenta/Fuschia and Green as my main colors (adding some blues for the boys and some coral in my flowers). I found great (and cheap) BM dresses that I hope they can wear again.

Since I chose these colors I saw BMs in beach photos in this color and it looked stunning against the blue of the ocean. I am using the beach as my decor as well, so I won't have many other places for color. Good luck!

I like your BM dress. Where did you get it, if you don't mind me asking? My sister and I are going to go start the BM dress search soon! :)

we used a bright ocean blue, and pink/magenta as our colors, and then had really bright flowers.
Thanks Tara :)

How did the blue work out for you? I was originally thinking of a nice teal (teal is a really broad color actually...), but thought it might get lost against the blue of the ocean... huh.gif

We actually had the bright blue, fuschia and green as our color scheme.

I was also afraid of the blue getting lost and the girls hating me for choosing fuschia... so I compromised. I chose chocolate brown dresses with bright blue sashes and then the fuschia and green flowers. I loved it! and the chocolate was enough of a contrast against the light colored sand that the colors all really popped!

I did bright blues (Tiffany and Turquoise) with pink accents. I thought they looked good together, throughout the day. Earlier, they really stand out against the sand and the green vegetation, and at night they were in contrast with the pink/orange sky.

I'm thinking of doing black BM dresses and having fushia, coral & bright green for flowers and decorations. I love black BM dresses (they'd just be little taffeta cocktail dresses) but do you think they'll be too drab and that I should use a color? My plan is to have color everywhere else though. What do you guys think?? Any thoughts would be much appreciated! :)
