December isn't technically high season so you should still be able to find reasonable prices if you go with that timeframe...March is the peak of high season so folks are right about that option being very expensive.

Congrats and best wishes! March is definitely going to be the most expensive, but this site is great and you will find lots of options and ideas here. Jamaica seems to have beauty yet some very reasonable options for beach weddings. They are also a bit more relaxed in atmosphere and "rules" at some of the resorts. Good luck!
