Saying for my BD Card...

So I am about to order my BD book (had my photos done in November) and I get a custom one-sided card to go with it. I have the photo chosen (a shot of me on my back in black lace with my legs up - like pinup looking) but I can't decide what on a saying or phrase to put on the card.

 

Has anyone done a card to go with theirs? I figured I would write a message to him on the back, but should I put Mrs. on there or ??

 

I plan to have a tag on the box I bring it in that says "For Will's Eyes Only" but this card will go inside the box.
