I'm wandering if anyone has tried this workout plan, more specifically the videos? I've seen it advertised a few times, and it perked my curiosity...

I haven't tried it, or know anyone who has. But I was interested a while back, but its pretty expensive. The ad they show on tv is $9.99, but its just quick teaser dvds. The actual dvds run around $260.

a friend of mine told me she was going to get it b/c it looks like fun. i haven't actually seen the commercials.

Do you have Comcast? I think there are segments from the workout video for free On Demand.

The TV one looks like a bit of a scam, actually. They have some package deals. The one that comes with a stripper pole and a bunch of stuff is the $250 one. I purchased the package that included 6 dvds for $60. You can also buy the discs individually. I'll check comcast (thanks for the recommendation) and let you guys know if its worth trying.
