Welcome Dinner @ the Riu Palace

Hello,

 

I want to have a welcome dinner a few days before we have our wedding. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which rest in the Riu Palace I should have it at?

The restaurants are all pretty different. The Mexican one would probably be the most fun, and it's a bit separate from the rest of the resort so it might feel more private (not sure if you're "renting it out" or just gathering everyone there but having the other guests there as well). The Japanese one is nice - the steak one is the same place where you have the lunch buffet so it's not that "special." The french one is pretty fancy-looking (i.e. decorated with a lot of floral fabrics etc).

I was told at the sante fe that you get 2 groups dinners during your stay. So as long as it is okay with you that it isnt completely private I think you could have it at any of them.
