Hi Nat, go to the below link, choose the weight lose ticker, and go through the steps. Once the coding comes up, copy it and come back to this site, and click user cp at the top left, choose signature, and add the coding in...preview it first to make sure you got it right, and that should be it! Any problems give us a shout! :)

Beauty, that is very odd indeed!! I made Lifetime in August of 2004 and it took me almost to the day 13 months to lose 65 pounds, so it is a slow process but you usually lose at least 1 pound per week (they say 1-2 pounds a week loss is healthy).

I have a few questions, although I am by no means an expert. I am just someone who has followed the WW plan for almost 6 years and being overweight my entire life, I know it is the only thing that keeps my weight in check. Do you attend meetings at a WW Center? If so, you might talk to one of the consultants because you must be a Lifetime member to work for WW. Also, you might have them double check that you are eating the correct amount of points. Since you are not gaining any weight, I would say you are maybe eating "Maintenance" points, which might be too many to actually lose any weight. Just have them double check, or you should be able to consult your start-up materials to double check yourself.

This is a starting place...if you check your points (or have them check just in case) and they seem to be correct, what I'd say is 1) make sure you REALLY drink allllll the water you're supposed to per day and 2) try to incorporate daily exercise and DON'T use your activity points!! Every time I hit a plateau, I would do this with moderate exercise (don't burn 700 calories and not use the activity points, that'd be starving yourself) and it would give me a boost.

Ok, sorry this is a novel!! I just don't want you to get discouraged. WW changed my life and I really hope it can work for you too! Hang in there, sweetie.

Well ladies, I'm finished my first week with a 1lb loss! I'm glad that I lost this week although I know that I would have lost more if I would have paid more attention to my points. It's hard to get back in the swing of things and I'm happy to be back on track!

I hope that you ladies are doing great as well. Keep us posted!!!! :)

good for you lisa! every little bit counts.

i am having such a hard time. I am a super stress eater. My fiance just lost his job because they closed down his branch in Edmonton and this is my last week of school before graduation so my nerves and stress are getting the best of me. I really really want to be down for my weigh in on Thursday. I hope I can pull it together.

Sorry I vent all the time sad.gif

No worries, that's why we have this thread, to vent!!

I know how difficult it is, I am the same way. I am SUCH an emotional eater. I eat when I'm happy, sad, mad, stressed, whatever! Just try to relax and think about why you are doing this before you put more food in your mouth! I try to do that and it helps. You're almost done school, WOO HOO!!!!!!! You can do it, I know you can!

Well done on the weight lose Lisa! They say 1-2lbs a week is the healthy way to loose weight - so thats brilliant!

I stayed the same this week, so nothing to report...hope i don't stay the same for the same amount of time as last time!lol (i fluctuated but basically stayed the same since the first week in march, until last week!!)
