I hav about 25Lbs to lose and my wedding in in January! I am not sure howto get started. What tips do you have? Should I join WW? What about the southbeach diet?

Hi ladies! I am new to this particular thread! I am getting married in Playa Del Carmen in May 2010. I started WW about 1.5 months ago. I've lost some weight which is great, but I've been struggling this week as it is my TOM.

 

18 lbs to go...I need to get a tracker ticker...

I'm still the same weight right now... not gaining at least Trying to tone up my upper half to look good in my dress!

I've lost 6 lbs so far with 18 to go.....good thing I have a while. I've been averaging 1.7lbs per week, but I've been in the process of moving into my new house which has meant limited food options....after we get moved I'm going to start doing spin class 3x/week in the morning. I hope it helps!

I strongly recommend ww! I do ww online and I love it! Its really easy! At first I thought there was no way it was going to work because I didn't feel like I was eating that differently but I am averaging 1.7lbs lost per week and I haven't been working out near as much as usual because I've been swamped! If you have any questions about WW feel free to PM me!
