I took the wording from various places and put it all together. I wanted to include the kids somewhere in the invite so this worked out for me. Here is the full wording on the invite:

Yes, I ordered them from Lynsey. She is wonderful to work with!!! I was in between the linked invite and the one I finally picked. That was a very hard decision to make!!! I am just glad is done. Now I am going to get her to make me the thank you cards.
