I talked to him on the phone and he explained the whole process.  I actually found Abby, the bride who gets married 2 days before on this forum!  However, Phil had already told me that he was going to be there for her wedding so that made it cheaper for me and her.  I believe he is $2,600 (shared) and includes "trash the dress" session.

Yes, this is correct.  i wrote all the notes down and need to find it but I do recall the above.  I think if you want a book, that is extra.

Phil does not do videography.  I am not hiring one.  I'm going to use a regular camcorder and records different aspects of the trip and mix it later.

Has anyone thought about getting bottles of booze @ Duty Free for super cheep and hiring a bartender down there? Do you think it can be done? The price for open bar is almost more than the price for food!!!

We are getting married on April 29. I am also having trouble finding a videographer that I would hire. I think there is only a couple of them there.

 

and YES prices for alcohol are way too much!
