The bouquet and boutonniere are included in the package. I'm not sure why they list them as extras as well. But when I meet with Maritee next month I will ask her about that because I'm still not sure if they are able to get the flowers I want or if they have very limited options, otherwise I will have my mom order the flowers since she lives down there.

Has anyone done a private party at the parrot bar? Is that the same as the See & sea restaurant? What does the beach party include?

On page 12 of this topic it says:

Your dream comes true (the wedding day):
Bouquet for the bride in tropical flowers
Boutonniere for the groom in tropical flowers

Table arrangement for the ceremony in tropical flowers
Services of a Civil Judge or Priest

But it also lists as an extra. I'll send Sandra an email and see what she says as well

Sorry I just realized I left out the option for just the party. Here's a break down that I copied from the original post, its explains it better.

 

Reception Options:

Private reception with dinner by the pool - $55 + 26%/person

Private reception with dinner by the ocean - $65 + 26%/person

Special Private Party with dinner at Parrot Bar -$55 +26%/person BBQ Menu

Just a Party at Parrot Bar - $300 location rental fee + open bar + music (open bar and music costs listed on my posting for pricing list)

Just a Party on the Beach - $400 location rental fee +open bar + music

Party and Dinner in Presidental Suite -$55 +26%/person + $1000 rental fee + open bar + music

Party in Presidental Suite - $1000/24hrs for location fee + open bar + music

Private Party in Disco - $500/hour + DJ + open bar

Non-Private Set Dinner Menu for whole group at either The Rodeo(Steakhouse) or Tres Carabelas(Seafood)- FREE * note they do section off an area for your group*

You can get the wedding package free if between you and your guests you book a minimum of 15 rooms for a minimum of 7 nights or I somewhat remember reading somewhere that you could get a basic free package for up to 6 people in your party. I'm not sure what includes or if they are even doing it anymore, Maritee didn't send me that option.
