Spent a fortune to drop a dress size!!

I finally got sick of losing weight working hard then FI coming home and it all going back on again lol Take aways are a killer lol

 

So there is a new place opened up over the road from work and its mostly for personal training. I went to see him on Monday and was really impressed and booked to have the body tests yesterday!! lol

 

So off I go feeling reasonably confident until he said I have the body condition of a 51 year old lmfao!!!! So it's costing me a bomb but i've signed up for a month and he reckons he can drop me a dress size in a month but I am going to be worked hard!

 

I swear I only did the cardio tests yesterday and my bum is knacking off the treadmill lol I may be a total mess by the end of the month but i'll be lighter lmao

Good for you lady! I invested in a trainer and I am feeling more fit for sure but the pounds aren't melting away- I would suggest measuring inches so you know can feel progress that you may not see.Good luck with it!

I had a personal trainer for 3 months before our wedding and dropped over 15 pounds and 2 sizes. It's tough, but worth it!! (Too bad that now we are married and the weight I lost is back - plus some....)

My theory is you didn't get that way over night... so you won't get results over night...

Personal trainer = best thing ever. I love getting my ass handed to me. So much fun... Im maybe a bit of a sadist? Well worth the money IMO! Let us know how it goes!
