Hi,

 

My name is Noel and I just recently got engaged. I live in Chicago and I am looking into having my wedding in PlayaDelCarmen Mexico in November 2009. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

You will love Playa del Carmen! There are so many amazing resorts right in the town or close by!

 

I was just there in October and visited 21 resorts!

 

Some of my favorites were :

 

Adult only -

El Dorado Royale, El Dorado Maromar & El Dorado Seaside Suites

Valentine Imperial Maya

Excellence Riviera Maya ( I loved the Excellence Play aMujures also but that's north of Cancun)

Royal Playa del Carmen

 

Family resorts-

Azul Beach (very small & intimate), I also think that Azul Sensatori & Azul Fives will be amazing once they get their feet under them and have been open a few months!

 

Iberostar complex - Lindo & Maya are my favorites as they include more but all of them are good!

 

Boutique-

Maromar- expensive but stunning!
