Small Mexico Wedding

Hi everyone! I just got engaged and we have decided to go down to Mexico and get married on the beach in September '09. This would save us money because we will get our honeymoon out of the way too! :-) We will only have about 3 guests, so it will be small. But when we get back we will have a reception/party!

 

We visited a travel agent yesterday. She is supposed to be researching everything. Anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking about staying in Riveria Maya. I haven't been to Mexico before, so I have no idea.

There are many options, I can really only comment on the hotels i have looked into - Moon Palace and Le Blanc. Moon Palace is perfect as they have soo many beautiful options, like the horse and carriage, to make your day extra special. Le Blanc maybe would be better for a smaller wedding out of the 2, as it is a low key, adult only hotel.

 

I'm sure there will be other brides to be on here who can give you other options though lady!

Congratulations Dayla! You'll find a lot of brides with different locations on here!

 

You should consider what is important for you and your fiance and take it from there (vibe, food, beach, costs, etc.). My first thought for a small wedding is at Ana y Jose in Tulum. You can check it out Tulum Hotels - Ana y Jose - Beach Cottages Tulum, Mexico
