I was in Playa Xcalacoco last week and part of the Fives is already open (the residence part). So for sure they'll work something out for you We talked to some of the tenants (of one residence, they were here for 2 months) and they told us it would get finished soon. It's gonna be great !

 

My 2 cents, take some water shoes if you want to bathe in the sea, there's a reef...
