wow, not only is she blind but she's dumb as rocks! don't get your hopes up, she'll most likely still charge (hopefully at a reduced fee)....as soon as you say the word "wedding" you know how everyone automatically bumps up their fees and such.....it's almost like they're trying to squeeze one month's salary out of every bride!
