Thanks for the reply about the babies and for the Facebook page ! Does anyone have any input on a ceremony in July being on the beach vs terrace?! I'm worried about the heat on the beach, but I think it's so pretty. Also can the steel pan drums play on the terrace? Thanks!
I jut want to add to your question.... What about any input on a reception at the outdoor restaurant vs one of the indoor restaurants? I think it'd be fun to have a reception in the open air restaurant but I don't want everyone sweating, hot and miserable hahah.... Thanks!

Whether it is making sure that your maid of honor knows exactly what you want or your mother, make sure someone in your camp knows exactly what you want.

We're planning a beach ceremony, semi-private dinner at Aunt Ruby's and drinks and dancing on the beach.

I'm aware of the rain back-up plan for the ceremony at the Suites, but is there a typical back-up plan in case it rains in the evening and we can't have our beach party after dinner?

Does Nicole or Tiffany recommend a particular indoor space for this?

Since it will be a day-of decision to move indoors, do we just 'reserve' someplace in advance?

when you meet with your WC they will take you around the resort and show you all of your options.  it rained the day of my wedding and they were ready and had our back up ceremony in the lobby.  luckily it cleared up 2 hrs before the ceremony.  it doesn't seem to rain much in Jamaica so i wouldn't worry.  My WC said in the last 2 yrs only 2 weddings had to be moved due to rain.

[/ Hello, We had our wedding reception at the Suites April 2012 . Our dinner was a semi private at Calabash and party at the beach. We rented a beach tent with a dance floor through our florist. She decorated with many lights and a chandelier hanging in the middle. Just to advise u that Nicole at Suites does not provide the tent you will have to go through ur florist which is a little pricey but worth it. It rained on our wedding day and the next two days, so be prepared:)))
