Hi Tara,

 

Congrats on the engagement!!  I would say your first step is to email Nicole at the Suites [email protected].  Tell her when in January you are looking and ask what the available dates are.  When she answers, at least in my case, she will send you a few files of information for pricing, locations, etc.

 

My fiance and I decided on a travel agent first and then took care of booking our date through the TA, but you don't have to do it that way.

 

I am early in my planning stage as my wedding isn't until 11-6-11 at the Suites, but from reading all of the info on this site, it sounds as if most of the details of the wedding aren't decided upon, or booked, until a few months from your wedding date.
