Congrats and welcome to the forum! That's the one downfall to planning a DW.... sometimes it's hard to find out specific details. You should be able to find lots of useful information on this forum.

Welcome to the forum. I ran into the same situation while working with ME Cabo. No one would get back to me so I had to have my wedding somewhere else. However, when we visited they were so nice to us so I was very suprised to fine that they did not respond back. That is one of the down falls to having a destination wedding.
