San Juan AND St. Thomas are both US territories; therefore, both would be easy to get married in. However, I also hear it is relatively easy in Tortola too. I believe St. Lucia has a 3 day residency requirement (but don't quote me on that), and I have no idea about Barbados. I personally recommend St. Thomas at Magen's Bay--it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Regardless, you'll find a wealth of information on BDW!

Thanks everyone for your input! I feel a little lost trying to plan this wedding from so far away. I really like the idea of having the actual ceremony in Puerto Rico the day before our cruise. Does anyone know of a nice hotel in or near San Juan that offers beach ceremonies at a reasonable price (under $500)?
