Free Wedding Package..ROR?

It says I have to reserve 5 rooms. Do the rooms have to be in my name or just 5 separate guest that I invite? DID anyone go with this package?

You need to be included but four other couples need to book as well.

no, your guests reserve their own rooms but under your group name ("John & Jane's Wedding Group")....i think they all need to book with the same agent though but not 100% sure.

We went with the free package, and just had to have 10 people book all at the same time. But if you are going with a group package like through Sunquest you have to have 10 people put a down payment before you get the group rate anyways, I think? That's how ours worked?

Is it true that you can not have more than 10 guests (max.) in order to qualify for the free package. I was told that if I have more than 10 guests that I wouldn't qualify for the free package. Has anyone heard of such?

Nope, thats not true...unless they made changes to their packages for 2009. I had about 30 guests & was able to get the free package.

Thanks for the clarification. I wanted to go with the Royal Package, but I think I'm going to switch to the free package since all included decorations (basic) are the same for all packages. I would rather go with the free package and use extra money for decor (I want a pretty beach arch). I definetly want to upgrade my bouquet!! Carnations remind me of death...

From my understanding that is the classic package which you can only have 10 guest, but the free package you can have up to 100 guest I think, but you have to book 5 rooms..
