Eloping to Mexico- hopefully

So, about a year ago we were thinking of doing a destination wedding, but after looking into it and some pressure from our families, we decided to do the large traditional wedding. Now, 7 mos away from the wedding, and after booking the major vendors we are both sooooo disappointed we didn't stick to our original plan. Now, we are seriously planning on cancelling this wedding and eloping with our immediate family to Mexico!!!!

After Christmas we are going to cancel our vendors and go to a TA and start booking our elopement!! We couldn't be more excited! We are hoping for April 2009 somewhere in Mexico, somewhere child friendly (our daughter is 2). Do you think I'll be able to find somewhere for 12 ppl only 4 mos away?? Any suggestions ladies?? Can't wait to start the planning!

Welcome to the forum! Absolutly you can find some place. We booked ours 6 months out. As long as your felixable with what day you get married you should find lots of things. By the way there are some great TA on here that Im sure could help you.

For sure you will be able to book something and plan everything in time! There are tons of ladies on the forum that have planned their wedding in less than 2 months!! Once you choose your destination everything else will fall into place!

Welcome to the forum. I think you could definatley find something you may have to be flexible about the day. I couldnt get Friday or Saturday because they were booked so i got married on a Thursday and it worked out perfectly. Goodluck with everything.
