just got engaged a few weeks ago...woohoo!!!

we're doing a beach wedding in august 2009 - no confirmed location yet, but we're leaning towards punta cana, dominican republic.

hoping to use this site as a resource for vendors and general advice....

Here's a suggestion to start you off... consider bringing a photographer (and/or other vendors) along with you. You'll appreciate knowing a bit more before you get there and having a bit more control over the things that mean the most to you.
