I agree. We got married in the states in July and in Cancun in September. It didn't take anything away from the Cancun wedding. It is a totally different thing. It's like the legal wedding in the states is just paperwork and the "real" wedding in Mexico was actually us devoting our lives and souls to eachother.

I would look into the Domestic Partnership...This will probably be easier to convince him of doing since the money factor was not enough motivation. It seems getting married before your scheduled wedding date is too outside the box for him...Remember men are from Mars (lol).

If you cant change his mind just have him pay for your dental work. I think he would get the idea. plus thats alot of money for you to have to pay especially if you two have kiddos to take care of. If he decides that your health is not important enough for him to pay then you got another problem. (I would be peed off!)
