I think you need to seriously think about the fact that he "drags his feet" when it's time to take responsibility for something. He is content to sit and play games and let you do the work, even to the point of being completely stressed. Sad, but that says a lot about his personality and his priorities. If that's how he acts now, he isn't going to change after you are married. It would be better to think about that now than wait until you have been married for 5 years and have children and he is still sitting on the couch playing video games while you are still doing all the work.
