Welcome Tina! I really like your idea of everyone staying at the AI and then renting out the house next door! that's such a great idea! Will everyone be able to just walk on the beach to the new location, or will you have to arrange transportation?

yeah thanks! actually the house is close enough to iberostar cozumel to walk, BUT, i think there were some crazy dogs living in the forest on the way, plus i dont want people to be all sweaty when they get there, so ill probably just arrange for taxi vans to pick everyone up whenever they get ready! its probably a 3 minute cab ride or a 12 minute walk.
