What to expect during initial site visit

Jenetta, do you still have a copy of the questions you asked at the venues when you went on your site visits last May?

I would love it if you could post them. Maggie goes next Thursday and I am trying to round up some ideas for her to think about. You know, things she may not have even thought about.

We made it a point to eat something at each property that we thought would make the cut. It was a good way to taste their food (as it comes out normally - not when they spiff it up for your tasting) as well as to spend just a bit more time on property and see if we like the flow of the place (from our guests vantage point).
