We Put An Offer On A House :)

So...I am awaiting a confirmation email from our realtor to let us know our offer has been put in. We may be in a multiple offer situation, the listing agent is playing with our emotions on that one, but we hope it isn't!!

 

We have been looking around for our first home for several weeks and this is the first time we have decided to put an offer in. The home is so wonderful and more than we were looking for. We are trying to not get excited because we threw out a low offer, but we feel in this economy the risk is worth taking.

 

Just wanted to throw this out to the BDW universe so you ladies could throw some positive vibes back to me. I understand that this is a long shot and that if this doesn't work out that there is a better house out there that is meant for us, but obviously it would be amazing if we got this house!!!
