Measurements of Raffia Fans to do Programs???

To all of your many brides who have raffia fans handy...could someone please tell me the exact measurements for height and width? From what I've gathered they are about 9.5-12 inches wide...are they the same measurement for height?

 

I am placing the ceremony program on top of the center of fan, so I didn't want to make them too big. For those of you did this, what size program (5x7? 4x6??) did you use?

 

I am trying to do my ceremony programs while my mom is ordering them, so if any of you could let me know that would be great thanks!!
