Just wondering - what kind of things did you sort out with Ana right before?  Like right now I'm less than 6 weeks away from departure, and I don't know what/if I need to do before I leave.  I know that you finalize your dinner menu, book your initial meeting with Ana, book a group dinner, book spa appointments and the couples beach dinner before leaving.. but am I missing anything else?

 

You've pretty much covered it!!  She asked that I fill out and send the "wedding check list" which covers all of the above and more.  She just sent me an email yesterday telling me that she received the box containing the Maracas!!  So exciting!

 

I prepared a list of questions to ask during the meeting and then, it should be smooth sailing.
