I have bought a ton of pre-cut card stock to DIY our pocket fold invitations. We were testing our "at home printing skills" last night on an HP InkJet printer only to discover the ink smears all over the place!!! YIKES!!!

Does anyone know where i can get our invitations printed professionally on pre-cut cardhuh.gif

Ind desperate need of help!!!

Thank you thank you!!

ps) Advice to other DIY'ers - test the printing on the sample before you purchase!!

I wish I could help - but I've no idea.

Have you checked around to see if you have any friends or relatives with a color laser printer? (Probably at work). That would be my only thought.

Alternatively, I think some Kinko's have color laser printers that you can print from on your own - pricey, but an option.

Good luck!

Yeah, I had the same problem printing on an inkjet. Then I went to kinko's and printed a sample on their Lazer Copiers and voila, no smearing. So definitely Lazer Printer and or Copier is the way to go!

A couple of the places I have found with lazer copiers include:

Kinko's (well... FedEx Office now)

UPS store

Office Max

Office Depot

Staples.
