Help me put names on my mugs!

These are the mugs I ordered from Discount Mugs. Since they are all the same color, I wanted to add everyone's name to them, but not in a permanent way. I just want everyone to know which mug is there's while we are in Jamaica so if someone takes a bunch of mugs to the bar to refill, they know who's is who's.

I was thinking of putting a ribbon around the handle that has the name written with marker, but I'm not sure if that will work well.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

I think that is a good idea, especially if you don't want anything permanant, people are just going to be jacked to get giant mugs for their drinks.

Why not use your computer & print some small round labels, with the guest's name on them & stick them somewhere on the mug...even if its the bottom of the mug?

Anna, I like justustwo's idea. When we talk about booze, believe me, no one is going to get confused (until after a few drinks). My guests all hung out at the pool and when it came down to refills they were like hawks watching their mugs. lol I'm sure some got mixed up but hey, doesn't alcohol wash away all the bacteria anyway, or is that Chlorine? lol

 

So don't go crazy, maybe a something simple under the mug will do.

We used a silver sharpie marker and put people's names on the bottom. No one sees it unless you're looking for it.
